Welcome to the website for the Minnesota chapter of NACD   NACD is a national non-profit membership organization dedicated to improving corporate board performance.  Membership is comprised of individual directors and corporate boards from U.S. and overseas companies ranging from large publicly held corporations to small, privately held firms.     One of the original chapters of NACD, which was founded in 1977, the Minnesota Chapter has 300+ members. NACD-MN is committed to enhancing director effectiveness. With three decades of corporate governance research and experience to draw upon at NACD, we will be a seasoned, authoritative voice on governance policy and practice, as well as providing an important forum for peer interaction, communicating and monitoring the policy interests of directors, and an exchange for best board practices and ideas.
